All products are made to order. Refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted at this time. All sales are final.

If you've received the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that photos may be requested to show the product damage/issue.
Any decisions regarding refunds/replacements given will be made on a case by case basis.
